Health - LSD use and a heart murmur

My friend says:
So I am going to be taking LSD for my first time, hopefully tomorrow. Except, I just remembered something my mother used to always tell me when she'd catch me smoking weed years ago. She'd always tell me "You be careful now, you know you were born with a heart murmur." I know what a heart murmur is and how it works, that's not what I need to know. I need to know if this will have a bad interaction with LSD use? I believe LSD does speed up your heart, correct? I'm probably just getting worried about nothing. In the past I have eaten Ecstacy, and Meth and been fine. Still, I'm guessing I probably have a greater risk of heart failure than most. Is it enough to stay clear of LSD though? Or any other drugs for that matter?
