Physical withdrawals are very uncomfortable but really are nothing...immodium works wonders in reducing symptoms because its an opiate but doesnt get cross the BBB so no euphoria or addiction, Valerian root and melatonin for anxiety NO benzo's, advil pm for sleep, lots of water and vitamins, AND A BIG SACK OF BALLS.
After physical withdrawals comes the real hard part. Anxiety, depression, and strong cravings. How to beat this? MOTIVATION. You have to have extreme fear and hatred of consequnces of addiction, you have to have a LIFE already built for yourself that you dont want ruined, you need plans for the future, you have to be able to take pain, and you have to be able to whatever f*cking happens to u to never take an opiate again, suddenly days become weeks, weeks become months, months become years, and by then it will feel like that was you in another life. you wont crave the drug youll hate it for knowing what i can do.
This is how I quit opiates 2 years ago. I'm proof it can be done. Live strong! Don't let a substance run your life. If you take opiates recreationally, please just stop right now. You don't realize what youre getting yourself into. You'll be knee deep in quicksand before you know it. Once your at that point, you need to be godly tough and motivated to beat it. The quicker you stop, the easier it will be. Hopefully this touches just one person, I really hope I can save at least one person from a life of h*ll.
