Lightbulb Use versus Hospitalization data

SwiM awhile back came across some data for various controlled substances that included the number of users, and the number of hospitalizations related to the use of that drug.

He created a formula that showed the relation between the two, in excel, and made a graph of such.

However, the data came from scattered sources and swiM is not really sure if it all is correct. He would like to add as many things as possible to the list. This would show a direct relation to the safety of many of the substances they look down upon now, and the dangers of many of the ones that are allowed.

(For instance one could try arguing that pot causes a lot more hospitalizations, but then again there are a lot more pot smokers out there.)

Does anybody have reasonably good data on this?
