Solanum mauritianum(Woolly nightshade) and steroid Solasodine??

Has any1 got any information on the steroid Solasodine and what it is used for???it is prevalent in Woolly nightshade and has been shown in some studys to have some cancer fighting properties but that is all ive been able to find thus far...also if any1 has access to a paper on how to extract the alkoloid it woukld be appreciated..thank in advance and ive already UTFSE.!
