Hi. SWIM has been looking around for a while now gathering as much information as they can about GHB and its analogues.
SWIM is particularly interested in finding out the attributes of GHV and GVL in relation to sleep, gh release and dopamine dump.
In particular, will GHV/GVL result in a short (3-4) hour deep sleep with a dopamine dump at the end of it that will result in the user waking up and feeling refreshed?
Would the above seem a fair reflection of GHB effects?
Is GHV/GVL legal or illegal and what is it?
SWIM is also researching polyphase sleep patterns and would be interested to know if anyone or SWIY feels that any of the above substances could be used in the short term to encourage and aid the onset of poly phase sleep.
NB Polyphase sleep is where you sleep for no more than 4 hours in every 24.
SWIM is particularly researching a pattern of three 20 minute naps per day with a core sleep of 3 hours (4 at most) at night.
Any comments or any experiences at all? I would be really grateful if you could post.
