Thrashing mumbling ( Perhaps acting out hallucinations? )

While deep in a K hole does anyone ever experience thrashing about or general movement that isn't voluntary or noticed by the person in the K hole? Perhaps "acting out" or "fight or flight" response to deeply horrifying visions?
