Quote:
KILLINGLY - Two men from the Rogers section of town are expected to be arraigned in Superior Court in Danielson today after being charged with selling drugs from a house at 84D Boys Avenue in Rogers.

State troopers from the Danielson Quality of Life Task Force and the Statewide Narcotics Task Force East made the arrests after serving a warrant at the house Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. Police said they found 10.5 grams of marijuana and packaging materials in the house and 5 grams of cocaine on one of the men at the house.

Joshua E. Choiniere, 26, who lives at the house, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a drug factory, police said.
Howard Williams, 22, of 23 Courtney Lane in Rogers was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Both were held on $100,000 bond pending their court appearance.

The arrests resulted from a joint investigation between Plainfield police and the task force.
