Playing It Safe

I was wondering, from a purely hypothetical point of view, whether
sending research chemicals from Canada to the United States would be
less risky than sending chems from Japan or something to the United
States.



A friend of mine was telling me that if you could find a company
sending 5g of something that isn't strictly illegal (say 2c-i) in an
unmarked envelope from Canada to the US, that the risks would be
minimal. Can I get some opinions on this because I now have a $20 bet
riding on it



Also, why don't people ordering chems pay with anonymous money orders
and get the stuff sent to anonymous post office boxes...or can you not
get these things anonymously?
