Pure hydromorphone powder
So swim has acquired 1 gram of pure hydromorphone powder. Not pills, but pure powder, no binders, directly from a source who gets it bulk from china.
Anyways this is very powerful stuff.... if swim wanted to cut it with lactose and make it so that it would be about the same potency as heroin, how much lactose should he use? Swim is thinking 10 grams of lactose per gram of hydromorphone to make a nice strong product. So that would be about 10mg of hydromorphone per 100mg of powder.
