Swallowing and snorting K - dosage idea's ?

Any swimmers have experience with taking ketamine orally and then snorting during it ? Swim has heard that oral isnt powerful enough but it lasts longer so was thinking about snorting with oral use to ensure a satisfactory k-hole.

Swim was thinking of taking 400 mg orally ( with grapefruit juice ) and snorting 200 mg in around 1 - 3 lines. Either spacing it out or snorting it all at once to ensure a decent k hole.......swim doesnt wanna hit anesthetic dose though and remember nothing . Any idea's ?
