what you will need
1.a cheap bleander not used for food(not compltly need just speed things up)
2.naptha
3.cheap white vinger
4.a zip lock bag
5. a micro wave
6.a pair of sizors
7 flour
8 gel capsuls
9 a miroware safe conter (shoud be shlow)
10. and of corse the benzedrex

what to do

1 add the naptha a the cotten rods (a godd amout of naptha is when the cotten rods flout just above the blades) to the blender
2blend for 1-1/2min
3pour the naptha in to the zip lock bag make sure to squeeze out the extra in the rods which probly are a big cotten ball stuck on the blads
4 add an equil amont of the viger to the bag
5 seal and shake the bag for 30 seconds
6 let seperat takes about a minute the vinger should be cloudy and white or so naptha= an clear- slightly yellow
7. cut a very tiny hole in the corner of the bag
8. let the viger drain out slowly into the contaer DON'T let any napthe get in its better to lose a little vinger
9. put into the microwave on medom in 30 sec interval whach caferly
when all the viger is gone there will be a clearish oil in the contaer it will burn and crackle very fast thats the good stuff don't let it get nuked
10. add a little flour mix with some thing repeat untill dryish and cakey
less flour the better as long as its pettry dry
11. add to gel capsles
12. enjoy!


note : as long as its dry enofe the capsuls can be stored ing a dry dark place
