1 prozac this morning + Dextroamphetamine?
SWIM was prescribed prozac(fluoxetine) by his MD yesterday. He took 1 capsule(10mg) this morning as directed. However, he needs to stay up to study for his last final this evening. This would require a 15mg generic adderall. SWIM has heard a combination of SSRI's and adderall can cause serotonin syndrome. Would it be dangerous to take a 15mg addy tonight to get his studying done if he took 1 prozac in the morning?
SWIM has heard that it takes 1-3 weeks for SSRI's to actually kick in. So if this is the first dose SWIM has ever taken, would it really be dangerous? Last edited by Stuck; 20-12-2007 at 02:30.
