Concerta 54 mg pills

I just got some of these and am wondering how many I should take. I am an 130 pound male. If I take just one at around 7ish, when will it kick in and how long will it last? Also will there be noticeable effects of this that will let other people know I am on it? I don't want my pupils to be huge or anything like that.
