annoying sores....help...

As I write this, I am currently tweaking my brains out. I haven't done
meth in about a year, and last night, i snorted 3 average size lines,
and then 1 this morning. Is that a lot for a very "rare" meth
user? Ok, the thing that is bothering me is that I have very ANNOYING
AND PAINFUL white dots all around the inside of my mouth, mostly on my
left cheek, and on the left side on my tongue. Also, my tongue is VERY
swollen, it kinda hurts to move it too much in one direction. I'm
also a casual smoker, and i smoked about the total of a pack while i've
been tweaking. Can the chemical reaction from cigs and meth cause
something like this to happen? Oh, also.....i had nervous tongue
jitters, the first 8 or 9 hours i was tweaking.....that probably helped
cause it. Anyone know some easy remiedies for these damn sores and a
swollen tongue? specific kind of mouthwash??........Baking Soda
maybe?.......What do ya think? Thanx!
