If swim were to have taken one pill at 3pm today, and two more at 9pm...

Or perhaps one and a half at 9pm, what would be the effect of those later pills? Would it be weaker/more dangerous or anything of that sort?

Also, if swim had some 5-htp when would it be advised to take some of this, given the current timeline of events.
