MDMA and butthole blood

I'm glad the title grabbed your attention :P. Anyways swim has dosed ecstasy 65-70 times and has eaten almost twice that dosage wise, 120-140 pills. about four months ago swim started getting hemerrhoids (awful experience) while on a mushroom trip. For sometime after that swim didn't do any drugs due to HPPD but did have hemerrhoids on and off. Recently in the past 10 weeks swin has dosed 3 times and each time the hemerrhoid has come back and had significant amounts of blood compared to a situation where swim is having a normal hemerrhoid. Swims question is could MDMA cause hemerrhoids to develop/return or is it from swim's extra stress while pooing on mdma because swim is most likely not paying attention to how much he is exerting himself.

Swim knows this is odd and somewhat funny but swim is quite embarrassed by it needs have this painful, pun intended, problem solved. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated especially since swim does not want to have to resort to surgery.
