Is it as hard to obtain benzos in puerto rico?

SWIM cannot obtain a passport due to a felonius trafficking charge, and has realized that he may still travel to puerto rico. SWIM was wondering if anyone knew how strict pharmacies and physicians are down there when it comes to obtaining benzos?
