how much do i take..

I have 2 tablits of hydrocodone / apap
vicodin 5mg/500mg i weigh about 140 - 150 lbs .. how many is "safe" to
take.. and would it be safe to crush them up before taking them. or at
least break in half? also do these show up in urine tess after 1 week
(for probation)</font>
