We all get them - spam emails selling cheap drugs online - tempting you to avoid paying high local prices, along with costly visits to the doctor, in order to get a prescription.

From Viagra to anti-depressants and even drugs for HIV-aids... all delivered by post.

It’s a booming $35 billion illegal trade.

Ten percent of medical drugs sold worldwide are thought to be fake.

The problem is - as a consumer you have no idea whether it will work, or whether it will kill you?

Developing nations are affected the most, where the cheap fakes are having deadly consequences.

But it's a growing problem here too.
