Tylenol in opiates, when's the last time you checked your liver?

I know I'm new here... but I've read several threads about people who have taken like 10 5mg Percocets at once, 3 of these, 6 of those....

Sheesh! I have taken 3-4 Lortab 7.5/500's at once for my chronic back probelms/pain.

The pharmacists will tell you that maximum tylenol you're supposed to get is 2000mg per day! And I take that at one dose! I take my meds in the evening when I get home and I'm good to go for the rest of the night until the next day when I get home again.

At my physical exams when they draw blood, my liver enzymes are always slightly elevated (not enough to be concerned about liver damage per se), but I also have a couple beers a night with my meds and long term and am concerned about cihrosis of the liver.

Any of you ever get your liver enzymes checked? Are you concerned?
