2,5-Ester, Amides, Amines, Éthers?

I was thinking that a good alternative would be, in regards of metabolism, blood solubility, and thus active time and availability could be achieved by using not the methoxy but amines chains or amides or esters, ethers or alike?

what do you think? good way pruchasing some plentyful stuff without raising an eyebrow, too?
