SWIM has been taking Ecstasy(mdma) for close to 4 years
He has developed a little health tip guide for people preparing to taking any type of 'ecstasy' or MDMA
1: SWIM makes sure he gets lots of fruits and veggies during the day before the roll.
-a healthy diet will keep your body energized while you (probably) will overexert yourself while on MDMA
2: SWIM takes a multivitamin BEFORE and AFTER the roll.
-Vitamins aid in 'cleaning up' in the brain after the trip.
3: SWIM also gets SWIM's hands on some 5-htp and takes roughly 100-150mg(SWIM is roughly 165lbs) BEFORE and AFTER the roll
-This will aid in boosting serotonin levels in your brain in an effort to reduce the comedown AND (supposedly) prevent any type of damage to the brain (some users report that taking 5-htp before a roll will make the roll better. SWIM does not notice any difference)
4: SWIM Makes sure he gets lots of sleep the night before!
-SWIM thinks that sleep is very important in maintaining a healthy brain!
5: SWIM also believes that if you stretch before you go off rolling on MDMA you will feel much better the next day!
