drug test results

swim got 1300 ng/mg for the cocaine portion of swim's court drug test. They labeled this as "high level" ... My question is what does that mean exactly.. 1300 nanograms.. aka 1.3 grams for every milligram of piss swim has? That doesn't sound right.. hahah
