suboxone hell

OK so SWIM was prescribed 16mg of suboxone a day for H withdrawl. 3 days went by and SWIM was ok then on the forth day swim sleeps in until 10o'clock. SWIM doses first thing and after 2 hours realizes it is NOT working. 5 minutes 'till noon and SWIM is in worse withdrawls ever, worse than coming off heroin. Hit swim like a brick wall. Called SWIMs nurse and she told him to take a valium and 4mg of suboxone. 6 hours later SWIM feels almost normal...very random strange thing that happened in SWIMS opinion.

So what SWIM is mainly wondering is when SWIM started taking suboxone his doc told SWIM to wait until withdrawls begin before dosing suboxone. SO what SWIM is wondering is if he has been taking suboxone for the last 3 days, should he wait each time for withdrawls to creep up? Will taking suboxone ontop of suboxone before withdrawing send him into violent withdrawls?

That is the only thing SWIM can think of what happened today. Although SWIM did feel shitty this morning when he took it. This is very confusing to SWIM why this is going on. Any ideas?
