Video 1960s Police Drug-Training movie

I was reading Savage Love on The Stranger web site, and below the main article there was a link to an old police training video for finding evidences of marijuana/hashish smoking in suspicious residences. The writing is great (for laughs), and below are my favorite lines from the clip:

This is a one hundred dollar block of hashish--a stumbling block that may trip unsuspecting marijuana smokers and send them tumbling into the horrors of hard narcotics addiction. [...] And another potential narcotics victim floats out of the world of reality toward a midnight of eventual regret and despair.
