Acetaminophen: The Big Bad Wolf. Large Single Doses
Well, I was doing homework on how badly a single large amount of acetaminophen would injure your liver. And this is what I found.
It's a 2003 study on Acetaminophen levels 4 and 7 hours after 2000 and 3000 mg single doses in healthy adults (meaning no alcohol, I'm sure)

So for all you responsible acetaminophen ingest-ers. Be smart but safe and base it on body weight.
Also, this doesn't seem to change the daily limit (no more than 4k of acetaminophen.
