Social - SWIM's Trouble

So swim has been having trouble finding tickets for the Snowy Railroad Adventure. Swim is fairly a newbie to snowy adventures, but has done it quite a few times in the past (the tickets were purchased through a friend). That friend no longer knows people with tickets to the snowy adventure and right now swim only knows 1 person with a friend that knows somebody with tickets.. yes, you heard swim correctly; he knows someone, that knows someone, that knows someone with the tickets. Now swim thinks this sucks unbelievably. As swim can tell, being able to purchase these tickets is becoming a nightmare.

Swim knows there is no simple way to get these unreachable, (to him), tickets, but wonders if there are some ways to find the tickets easier. Swim knows asking around is probably the simplest way, but swim has been doing this for quite some time now. Swim is getting frustrated because he ever so wants to enjoy the Snowy Railroad Adventure once again! Note that swim lives in an area that 15 minutes down the street there is a city, where on the outskirts people are standing on the street selling all kinds of adventurous tickets, but swim thinks it is WAY too risky to approach these people.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
