How much is too much

Swim was wondering. Has swiy ever done too much coke and effectively OD'd. If so how much did swiy do to get into such a state?

Also what is the most swiy ever done in one session?

Swim is asking this more for education in order for swim and swiy not to get into the position of taking too much and ending up with problems
