Is Swim Going To Get Seritonin Syndrome?

well tonight swim decided it would be a good idea to take 5mg of lexapro(escitalopram) wait an hour and smoke a bowl of indica. swim did it and is currently feeling great a little too great maby. the high is very intense and swim remembers now that because he took lsa 2 days prior to this there might be a ssri interaction. also swim took vicodin/hydrocodone and loperamide about 2 days ago also would this have an effect? what does marijuana do to seritonin? he is not really having any seritonin syndrome symptoms, he is defenatly feeling the lexapro though, but read that they can occur much later. is swim in any danger? what symptoms should swim look out for majorly?
