Diphenhydramine
Hia,
SWIM was wondering if it's safe to take Diphenhydramine on a comedown in order to get to sleep easier? He has 50mg (or 100mg if necessary)that he would only take at 7ish am (having stopped mdma intake by 2.30am that night). it's over the counter, but having heard they now put this stuff into crap pills, maybe it would produce a bad effect. SWIM would really like to minimize the terrible monday feeling so if this makes it worse he would steer clear...
