swim needs help with codeine

ok so swim has a bottle of liquid tylenol with codeine. the bottle says take 2-4 teaspoonfuls witch swim thought that cant do much for pain cuz its not alot but thought well it was giving to swim for the pain of their broken jaw so swim thought its gotta be good. while swim has just been taking 4 teaspoonfuls with 2 darvocets and not really feeling THAT great but alright. so i need to know if it would be ok for swim to double the tylenol with codeine dose he was taking and double the 2 darvocets and take 4?? would it be safe?
