pills went through the wash; is it still good?

Hey everyone, I have a simple question for any experts here. Recently I had left a dozen or so E tablets in a bottle of Tylenol and accidently left it in my pants when I did a wash. I found my mistake after I took my laundry out of the dryer. To my suprise the tablets didn't look damaged too much and cumpled piece of paper towel I had left in the bottle was only marginally stained pink here and there.

I have had taken some of the same tablets a few weeks before and they were fine. My question being is that now that I have had it through the wash and that it is a little bit water damaged and maybe heat damaged:

Is it still good/safe to use?
