ghump is an unknown quantity at this point

Dilaudid question

SWIM occassionally gets 2mg/1cc dilaudid ampules from the local hospital

and he says they are the amazing! Does anyone know if these can be obtained from anywhere other than a hospital? (Not asking for sources!) Would any pharmacy even have this?
