HAHA your not getting old, your pretty much correct. It probably was MDA, but at the same time give this a thought...
Most X is made in meth labs for a profit, especially in the USA-and is made with much less quality then in the past, same with cocaine---great in the 80's and much worse now With time, people get cheaper and learn more ways to scam out a few more dollars, even if it means quality... Also, the color you did matters to...WHITE/Light colors are the best for sure, and leave you feeling decent the next day DARK colors still give you a roll, but they are much more dirty becuase they are filled with more strict 9, which is why you would get up with like neck pains and back aches the next day Just some advice from SWIM
