2 day break and then pulse check

SWIM is Rxed 20mg 2x daily, he took his 1st 20mg right before breakfast ate 2 pancakes, then maybe 2-3hrs later he ate a pizza for one microwaved and has been drinking water very well.

its is about an hour or so before SWIM should take his 2nd 20mg and he asked his dad to check his heart rate/pulse and it came in at first 91 then 2nd time a minute later 99. SWIM is 19 and weighs roughly 135-145 but usually 140lb.

i know this rate is high but SWIM doesn't know if he should take his 2nd 20mg when he should or should he just relax for today, or just take 10mg and wait till 40mg works well enough. because when SWIM started, by day 3 he felt amazingly normal like he hasn't felt in so long with no raise in heartbeat.

right before he came home SWIM did take a hit of chronic out of a 6 foot bong which would probably be 30-45 minutes from this post. could this be the effect? or the 2 day break?

+5:30 since 1st dose SWIM feels ok with no raised heart rate.

oh and SWIM forgot +3:00 from first dose SWIM took .5 alprazolam
