Urologist appointment, reason for concern?

SWIM has been taking adderall since Sunday. SWIM took 20mg's a day Sunday-Tuesday then took 30mg on Wednesday. It is now Thursday morning and they have a Urologist appointment Friday at 10:00AM. SWIM is going to the urologist because of a urinary problem that has nothing at all to do with the adderall, but will they some how know if SWIM has Amphetamine in there system? SWIM doesn't have a prescription, but they use the stuff every couple months for a week or so. Marijuana is in the system also, but SWIM isn't at all concerned about some plant that should be legal anyways. Think they will even know?
