ketamine + amphetamine

Hello doc,

One day, in a party i've seen a guy take a rail of ketamine and speed...
It is neurotoxic ?
Does this products are complementar ( are they affect the same part of the brain )?
And after he was not able to speak 3 words in the right order

, it is the keta effect ?
And the last question the keta was pink

, it is just a colorant or because it's destined to someone(thing)?
