anti immflamatory help

I dint kno where to post it so i figured id just toss it here, i have repeating hand injures and bruising, but no bone damage, my knuckles just keep swelling up for months, any1 have any advise for anti immflamtory meds, i just wanna know what would be best for reducing swelling im not in alot of pain its just irritating. Oh btw i tried tylenol ibuprofen naproxen all the OTC 1's and they dint help any advise.
