Lucky to be on suboxone?

So, I'm on suboxone maintenance therapy. I have been for about 6 months now I suppose and its an amazing drug, it truly is. I used to have one hell of an opiate habit and I guess I traded that in for a suboxone addiction. Either way, its been six months since I've got high off from an opiate/oid, and I'm just wondering. If my last dose of suboxone 20mgs. was last night at around 7 pm. how long should I wait til I do 50mgs of methadone to try and catch a buzz.
I'm a recovering addict so I know myself well enough to know better than to say "well I just want to get high one more time" But thats how I feel. My question to all of you is simply how long should I stay off my suboxone to get the blocking affects to go away well enough so that I could get high off of.. say 50mgs of methadone. I don't reallly plan on doing it tonight becuase I don't believe that it would even touch me. But maybe tomorow afternoon? Or longer than that? I don't know but any and all responses will be greatly appreciated. and I appologize in advance if this is the wrong forum for this type of thing, but I figure there are quite a few people who frequent this forum that are on suboxone therapy and might have an idea of how long I should wait.
