Concerta Comedown?

I've been snorting a lot of Concerta pills lately. It gives me a pretty good buzz bt the comedown sucks. I usually grind up a 36mg 'alza 36' and snort half (~18mg) and when I'm pretty high I snort the other half and take off. About 2 hours later I come down and it sucks. I feel exhuasted but still speedy in a way, have insomnia, and get pissed at people really easy. I tried taking 50mg diphenhydramine during it, and sometimes i feel better but usually I feel worse like when tripping on diphenhydramine.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do during the comedown?
Help would be very much appreciated.
