Codeine and redosing tolerance: not quite as simple!!!

I know that many of you swimmers (including swie in the past) that tolerance to codeine apperead to quickly for redosing to be worth the codeine.

But then once swim self-treated his heroin addiction with a daily codeine tappering to zero, and henoticed that the codeine produced a steady effect if divided in 3/4 horas.

Nowadays swim use codeine daily, or allmost daily, and he can get better effects from codeine when he do it like this:
(1 dose) T0:00 -> 250..(up to)..400mg codeine
(2 dose) T3:00..to..T04:00) -> 200mg codeine
(3 dose) T5:00..to..T07:00) -> 200mg codeine
(4 dose) T7:00..to..T10:00) -> 200mg codeine
...
...

This keeps me happy all that time and i can tell you that swie can keep a constant high with this type of usage and that does not go well with the theory of redosing tolerance.
Any of you swimmers can use codeine this way without seeing any loss of effect?

EDIT: SWIE is getting a little crazy and he has a lot of tolerance to opiates, but don't use his dosages!!! With this type of usage Swie is building a huge codeine/morphine tolerance and maybe even buildup to the point of ODing. Use codeine safely...
