Combinations - Tramadol + GHB + MDMA + Ketamine + Cannabis

So, SWIM tried this combination today. SWIM is aware of the dangers that mixing depressants (especially GHB) can bring about, so SWIM was very careful with doses. SWIM also used the low dose of MDMA for Central Nervous System stimulation, just to help prevent potential respiratory depression. Here is what SWIM took in total (over the course of 5 hours):

150mg x Tramadol
3g x GHB
250mg Ketamine
3g of Hash
Half an E

T+0:00 - SWIM smoked a small spliff in the sun, went inside and dropped a small dose of 150mg generic tramadol. SWIM normally takes tramadol doses 200mg+ but he is familiar with the cannabis enhancement on low doses. SWIM went downstairs and watched TV.

T+0:30 - SWIM mixed 1.5g of GHB into some apple juice and let it dissolve. SWIM was starting feeling the warm fuzzy feeling of tramadol now. Very mild but still nice. Cannabis effects were leaving a gentle afterglow.

T+0:45 - Snorted a 100mg line of Ket. SWIM felt the effects of the K pretty much immediately. Obvious dissociative feelings, feeling slightly numb to everything. The K feelings didn't mix with the tramadol effects. They remained separate but felt nice together.

T+1:00 - SWIM downed the GHB and smoke another spliff. A smile across his face and a general feeling of wholesome contentedness. Warm, and light feelings, especially in the arms. Eye's are heavy and perception was slightly off, almost as if SWIM's brain is both lazy but stimulated at the same time

T:2:00 - Everything kicked in now. The tramadol and cannabis effects seem to have worn off. SWIM can feel the typical GHB intoxication, very relaxed.

T+2:30 - SWIM dropped half an E which he found left around at the back of his box. It was the remains of a white love heart; not the best of pills but still nice. Washed down with another 1.5g of GHB dissolved in orange juice. Hoping to acheive a mild stimulation with the addedd relaxation feelings of GHB. Feeling sociable from the combo so far.

T+3:30 - SWIM's feeling everything now. Everything has worked in a synergetic way, all complementing eachother. Over the next hour, SWIM watched TV, did another few lines of K and rested. Eyes hard to keep open, feelings of mild euhporia and chattiness. SWIM was just very happy with whatever he was doing, yet on a very mild level. It is a good combo because one could act fairly normally infront on anyone, with normal pupils etc...

T+4:30 - SWIM starts to comedown about here. Due to the specific combination, and the lingering SSRI effect from the tramadol, the comedown slowly crept in. The effects just seemed to fade out until SWIM realised he had comedown. Overall, a very nice combo which would make great for alcohol replacement at a small chilled-out party. SWIY may feel a bit sluggish after the GHB for a while due to dopamine rebound but it will pass.
