Adderall XR CII (extended release= 2 doses of 1/2 number on capsule ex. 20mg xr=2 x10mg) is a pill that
contains
a mixture of amphetamine salts most commonly used to treat AD/HD. The conents of each capsule are as follows:

Inactive fillers, binders, and colors: gelatin capsules, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, methacrylic acid copolymer,
opadry beige, sugar spheres, talc and triethyl citrate. The pills are often abused for their stimulant propertys and
swim has had ALOT of experience using them though different routes of administration and has found pretty much
what works best.
ORAL: Swiy can just go ahead and swollow the capsule and you will feel it,but swim find this method is not really
recreational and serves better as a study aid or to pull an all nighter due to its 12 hour formula. The best way to
get the most bang for the buck is to empty the beads onto (preferrably a mortar and pestle) a hard table surface
and take a credit card, put in on top of the pile of beads and put your palm on top of the card and put pressure
down while moving the card along the table,as if scrubbing the table,back and forth the beads will audibly crunch
and turn to a light orange powder. Swiy should then put the powder back into the capsule and wait till you have an
empty stomache. Take a couple of antacids or 1 tsp. of baking soda dissolved in water because amphetamines
absorb better in a low acid environment and by doing this swiy will notice a definatly stronger effect. All acidic
juices(OJ or grapefruit can be drank if swiy ever overdoses on amphetamines, if medical attention is unavailable. )
will greatly reduce the absorbtion of adderall as will a high fat meal. This route lasts the longest but overall is the
weakest way to take adderall,in terms of euphoria but is a very social high.
SNORTING: Snorting is an effective way to administer amphetamine because the dose hits the blood stream with
in minuites with a stronger affect compareable to a high oral dose, just for a shorter time(20-45min). The ratio is
about 1:3 but snorting adderall has a more depressing comedown and leave swiy with a craving for more. Swiy's
nose can hold about one gram of powder and one 30mg xr comes pretty close to this ammount, any more and
swiy is just swollowing powder. Adderall has a suprisingly smooth feel to it with little or no burn and the drips
should be swollowed. Combining an oral dose(50-80mg) and then snorting some(usually 20mg) to get a steady
baseline with strong peaks is one of swims favorite things to do. If you are adhd an anti social high may be
experenced.
SMOKING:Smoking adderall is different than smoking meth for two main reasons. First of all swiy can hold in the
smoke from adderall for about 10-15 sec and the second is that adderall is a mixture of salts and binders and
dose not puddle up or liquify like shards do. Because of the second reason a differnt technique is used. Swiy
should not smoke them out of a meth pipe because it will turn the inside brown and swiy pizz will be ruined.
Instead a light bulb "bulbis" should be used. To smoke the beads, the beads should be placed whole into the
bulbis(dont powderize swim will explain why).swiy should start with 1/4 of a 20 mg capsule,5 mg. Start to heat
the beads in the bulbis, when it starts to smoke stop heating and blow INTO the straw to get the smoke out of
there, this is the plastic coating on the beads do not inhale this!then let the black melted crap cool back into a solid
and start re heating, dont apply too much heat.the smoke should be white/grey. If the smoke turns black swiy is
either heating it to hot or if swiy have inhaled a couple of hits of grey smoke you could have burned through the
bead already and be at the plastic on the other side it. The amphetamine is at the middle of each bead and has a
chemical taste to it reminecent of burned celery or the smell of the inside of a hot computer. The high is very strong
and feels like a sweat band is around swims head. Swiy can feel the waves of dopamine soaked euphoria pulsing
through swiy's body with the beat of swiys heart. It bares a resembalence to the meth high but much less anxious
and jumpy. 10 mg smoked with low tolerance will produce the sought after rush.swim did 30mg on his first
time(about 7-10 hits) and was a close 2nd in his book of favorite highs (#1= 30mg oxy+5mg ambien insulfated
+smoked .3 hash). Recently swim has also been exparimenting with a 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol extraction.
He first got 4 20mg xrs and powdered them then he put the powder in 80 ml of rubbing alcohol and agitated for 5
min. He then poured mixture through a coffee filter and evaporated. Swim ate what was on left on the filter and it
felt like 5 mg so the extract was pretty pure.His intention was to make a powder sutable for insulfation but the
solution extracted was the consistance of laffy taffy and instead swim decided to smoke it. From 4 pills he got a
ball of taffy 1/2 the size of a marble. He slit it in 4 and smoked a 1/4 chunk about the size of a tic tac and swim felt
like it was like smoking a chunk of O.K meth the same size. Swim is going to continue to use this method and will
call it the isopropyl extraction. If chest pain is experinced while doing this stop and chew a couple of asprin
with some orange juice. After doing 40 mg over 1 hour swims chest was tight and aching so he used asprin and in
5 min it was gone. If it is severe call a physician.
INJECTION:Swim has no experience with this,but knows people who have done it. From what was said to swim
he can gather that it is not wise to shoot adderall.The 5mg tablet form of adderall is the best(the lesser of the evils)
to shoot due to its low binder to amphetamine ratio, but still feels sketchy.The tab is crushed and dissolved in water and filtered with a
cigarette filter. Generic brands of adderall usually have more binders and an overall bulkier pill and should not be
"punched". Shooting a 5mg tab is refered to as "punching a baseball" and shooting an oval 7.5mg tab is refered to
an "punching a football".imho shooting adderall is dumb.If swiy does decide to shoot adderall, asprin should be
taken to thin the blood and reduce the risk of a heart attack.
BOOTY BUMP: swim has no intention of ever trying this,but it is a possible method of ingestion with effects
probably a little better than oral due to the amphetamine not coming into contact with the acidic stomache juices.
