SWIM says that 4-HO-x is 30% more potent than 4-AcO-x but that 4-AcO-x has a much faster onset and lasts longer. An example is when x is DIPT. 40mg 4-AcO-DIPT seems to be equal in potency to 30mg 4-HO-DIPT. 4-AcO-DIPT needs 8-40 minutes for onset and 4-HO-DIPT needs 40-90 minutes for onset (normally 40-60minutes). The 4-AcO-DIPT lasts 2.5-4h but may in some occations last upto 6h. The 4-HO-DIPT lasts 1.5-2h.
Now to something interesting. SWIM said 4-HO-x is 30% more potent than 4-AcO-x, but at low doses this doesn't hold. SWIM experiences that there is more effect from 20mg 4-AcO-DIPT than 15mg 4-HO-DIPT. Also SWIM experienced that 10mg 4-AcO-DIPT was stronger than 15mg 4-HO-DIPT. First in the little higher range 4-HO-x is 30% more potent than 4-AcO-x.
OK, the comparsion was mainly for x = DIPT.
What does SWIY think it holds for when x is MIPT, DET, MET, DMT, etc? And what does SWIY think about when x is DIPT?
What about these points as rule of thumb?
1. 4-HO-x is 30% more potent than 4-AcO-x at moderate doses.
2. 4-AcO-x has much faster onset, sometimes as fast as 10 minutes.
3. All 4-HO-x are less stable than 4-AcO-x.
4. All 4-HO-x are shorter acting than 4-AcO-x.
5. THC + 4-AcO/HO-x doubles the mindfuck.
(6. 4-AcO-x might be more potent than 4-HO-x in low doses.)
I hope you talk about SWIYs experience when both the AcO and HO are tried in the same (salt) form.
