Advice needed re Percs, Fentanyl, Demerol

SWIM has been taking 5mg of Percocet orally every 3 hours for the past 2 years. It is prescribed for SWIM for pain control but SWIM has discovered the recreational aspects of this class of drugs. SWIM is inexperienced in the area of recreational drug use and needs some advice/information. A dose of about 15mg Percoset give SWIM a nice floating experience. Higher doses put him to sleep. SWIM also has at hand Demerol 50mg tabs and Fentanyl patches of 5mg (50mcg/h). SWIM has not used the Demerol at all and is asking what is the best way to use it and are there any dangerous interactions with Percoset. The same question applies to the Fentanyl. All advice and/or opinions as to the best way to use these drugs for SWIM will be appreciated. ALSO SWIM would like to know what are the first symptons he will experience when he is forced to withdraw as this seems to be an inevitablity. Any help you can give inexperienced SWIM will be appreciated.
