Opinions - Does swiy have criteria or a checklist for taking a trip?

Swim was wondering what must be, and what must not be right in swiy's life to enter the psychadelic void. Also does swiy have a mental or written pre-trip checklist. Materials, notes, goals that should be accomplished with physical, or mental discovery?

For swim he must not have things looming on the horizon that would cause him to overthink too much. All possible negative issues on the forefront whould optimally be dealt with so deeper issues can be tackled.

For a checklist he always makes sure he has something to relieve anxiety and something to help doze off. Also a pen and paper must be close by.
