Pre Ecstasy Roll

Swim Has rolled a few times. Swim knows that every type of pill has different levels of mdma and other drugs within them. Swim wants to know what would be harmfull for a roll. What types of other drugs should they avoid before rolling. Swim has heard that if there is alcohol in your system when your take E it will not work, and the bean will pass throught with no high effects. What is everyones oppinions on what not to take before a roll?
