Best time of the day to take amphetamines

And that the no hungriness has slim to no bad effect on your nutrition.

I am an avid weight lifter and my weight is really important and i dont want it to go down so lets say if i eat dinner at 7 pm and pop a pill at 8 , how long will it last and will i be able to eat breakfast? Also, does the fact that I will be awake all night, does your body function of the speed or it eats calories to stay up , does it eat muscle to stay up ? Will i lose muscle?
