Combinations - Cocaine + Methylphenidate (Concerta / Ritalin)

Swim recently had his concerta script doubled from 18 mg to 36, and was shocked to realize he actually ended up paying just short a few bucks of what he would for the same amount of 18 mg ones... go figure eh.. anyways He wanted to try for the first time in months, to take his concerta (which if one is not firmiliar with, is time released ritalin) As per directed.. well as per directed sort of... In the sense of obeying the little taped on warning on his script bottle saying "please don't crush or chew".

Noon'O'clock

- 3x36 mg (that 108 for all the multiplication table forgetters)
is taken orally as per method that which was printed, well almost... It was just taken @ 3x the "doctor prescribed" dose and not crushed.

1:00 P.M

- very faint signs of the mph starting to kick in.. surprisingly around the same effect as if the 3 whole pills had been crushed and taken all @ once as per usual administration.

1:30 P.M

- Swim swears he is feeling virtually the same intensity of effects, as if he were to have taken it in the usual method. And the real benfits of dosing the extended release tab as prescribed were yet to show at this time swim tells.


2:00 P.M

-With some cola left over from new years, swim decided to experiment with cocaine dosage / duration to see if any benefits could be seen in cola use.

2:15 P.M

-50 mg cola insufflated and within 5 minutes swim feels as if he has already taken upwards of 200-300 mg.. the concentration and slightly noticeable edginess of the amphetamines is pushed aside to allow for a really great 30 minutes of killer euphoria off a very small amount of cola that trailed off to baseline with virtually no anxiety swim usually experiences @ crash-time.

2:45 P.M

- 50 mg more cola insufflated, and effects are just like before, and as a bonus swim feels no sudden urge to redose until 30-35 minutes after, rather than the usual 10-15 it takes for the edginess that can only be killed with more cola, to take over.


9:00 P.M

- A bump rate of 50 mg in every other nostril, every 30 min was assumed until remaining cola was gone, and when gone, there was none of the... "dang its all really gone feeling" which makes him reflect on his usage.. mostly in a negative way.. only the bittersweet aftermath of discovery of a pleasant new combination.. or rather a new way of administering the well known combination, and having time released help at what seems the perfect time, to help with any negativity cola usually produces.

As a final note all swim is really gonna say is that he will surely take his concerta this way, as opposed to the previous crush / parachute. The effects of the crushing method are no more intense, but only shorter lasting than the new method... Maybe it's a suggested dosage / method for a reason :P
