help with meth

i think i overdosed but im not sure. im new to meth"glass" we smoked about80 percentof a gram in a period of maybe 20 minutes. i dont really know if thats alot or not but i felt great in the first 10 minutes then i couldnt feel my arms or legs but i could still move them. then about an hour later strong pain on my chest and i got very red and hot. is that an overdose? if so what should i do? somebody told me in case of an over dose to drink lots of milk. if it was am i still in risk of dying about 3 hours later? and if its not an overdose is this normal. i know it a long post sorry but im kinda freaked.
